Return Policy: At www.wallperia.com we are committed to your satisfaction with our wall art collections. Our dedicated team is here to support you.

Customized Orders: Customized wall art orders are non-refundable. This includes items modified, personalized, customized, or manufactured to your specific requirements. You may return damaged/unsatisfactory printed posters, canvas, and frames within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the items are unused and in their original condition (no dents, tears, or scratches).

Replacements: If your item arrives damaged or broken for some reason, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and we will be happy to send you a replacement at our own cost.

Defective Items: Refunds are only accepted for items that have defects (e.g., damage during shipping or manufacturing issues). If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Return Shipping Fees: If for any reason you still want to replace and want refund, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and can be significant for larger packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee we will receive the returned item without tracking.

Refund Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. If the item shows any signs of use or damage not related to defects, a refund will not be issued.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns on custom or printed-on-demand items unless there is a defect.

Return Process:

  1. To Initiate a Return: Email us at info@wallperia.com with your order number and “Return” in the subject line.
  2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed, excluding original shipping fees.
  3. Return Address: Send returns to our head office in North Carolina. Items sent to any other address will not be processed.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by our quality but understand that items may occasionally be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement.

  1. Email info@wallperia.com with your order number, images of the damage, and the barcode from the back of the canvas.
  2. To expedite the replacement, please cut through the damaged item (e.g., a canvas or blanket) and send a photo of this along with the barcode.

Size and Quality: Our product images are digitally enhanced to showcase prints. To ensure the best fit, please measure your space before purchasing. Our prints undergo rigorous quality checks, and further details are available in our FAQ. These prints are digital reproductions, not hand-painted originals.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items like, wallpapers, sale items, customized wall art. For inquiries, reach out to us.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received the refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@wallperia.com.
