Wallperia is based in North Carolina, United States, with a mission to share art worldwide. We work hard to ensure your order is printed, packaged, and delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Your order will go into production the next day. Delivery takes 8-12 business days. Please note, we always do our best to get these to you as fast as possible, but we cannot control courier-related delays.

Damage:
Our team is always here to support you. We pride ourselves on our customer service. If the art is damaged in any way, we will open a claim and arrange a replacement ASAP. No need to worry!
Simply send us an email at info@wallperia.com with the order number and images of the damage.

Customs:
If you're in the US and Australia, we rarely hear of customs being charged to our customers as we have labs within those countries, so the shipment is local.
The customer is responsible for all customs fees, as it is determined by border services in your country. While we don't often hear about customers being charged, we cannot promise anything.
